Dr Tahir Babur is a Fellow of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. He has over 15 years of experience and uses telepsychiatry and face to face assessments to deliver effective and convenient care, supporting adults with diverse mental health needs.

Dr Babur’s psychiatry training began in the Western Sydney network and later transitioned to the North Sydney network, where he completed his specialist training. He is based in Perth, Western Australia, and provides patient care through in-person and telepsychiatry services. His professional journey has exposed him to patients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, allowing him to develop a comprehensive understanding of individualised mental health care.

Dr Babur also has a strong background in academic psychiatry, having taught medical students, residents, and trainee psychiatrists while contributing to presentations and research. He meticulously monitors evolving clinical research and seamlessly incorporates cutting edge findings into his therapeutic protocols, thereby upholding the highest standards of evidence based practice. Dr Babur specialises in adult ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, substance use disorders and treatment resistant mood disorders.
